Durva Masterminds (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of downloadable content and immediate access, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Once your purchase is complete and the download link has been issued, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

This policy applies to every component of the Export Pricing Bundle (Excel calculator, databases, guides, checklists, PDFs).

2. Cancellation Window
Pre-Purchase Cancellations: You may cancel your order before submitting payment. If you close or navigate away from the payment page, no transaction is processed.

Post-Purchase Cancellations: We cannot cancel or reverse a purchase after the payment is confirmed and the download link displayed or emailed.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
While refunds are not granted as a rule, we will review requests in exceptional cases, such as:

Technical delivery failures where you did not receive the product download link

Duplicate charges caused by a system error

To request assistance, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will investigate and, at our discretion, may issue a one-time credit or replacement link.
